My Mexican Home for Two Months: Truly Exceptional Service Wow, what an incredible two months I just spent at Staybridge Suites. Honestly, it wasn't a hotel stay—it felt like finding my first real home here in Mexico! Seriously, there wasn't a single day where I felt like I was away from my comfort zone. The entire team is just unbelievable, and I made some friends I'll genuinely cherish. The way the staff dedicates themselves to your care is simply unmatched. I have to start with a massive shout-out to Monica at the front desk. She is so incredibly kind, helpful, and radiates such a lovely and kind-hearted energy. Her warm welcome when I arrived was so genuine, and her daily smile truly brightened every morning—she was my very first friend here in Mexico! Then there's Ivon , an absolute star. He's got such a calm nature and was always right there, ready to help with anything and everything we needed. I definitely have to praise the Security Team, especially Oscar. He looked out for us like a parent, always making sure we felt safe and secure. And get this: even when I had my big circle of friends over, and we might have gotten a little noisy, the team was incredibly discreet and patient. They never said a single word, which showed such a high level of respect for their guests. The Housekeeping team was beyond excellent. I owe them my deepest appreciation for their patience and genuinely friendly demeanor throughout my entire extended stay. Finally, the most special shoutout goes to Carmen in the kitchen. She is pure heart. She went above and beyond to make sure I had delicious vegetarian options. Even though it was tough for them to maintain the extra offerings, she sometimes made a special dish just for me. I was truly overwhelmed by her love and care. This kind of hospitality—where they offer both deep comfort and genuine connection—is so rare. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for a real home away from home

It has been a good experience! The room are cleaned everyday! They offer a good breakfast, the employee are super nice! The only complain it s about the no smart TV and the towel are not white. Also there I saw some towels being used to dry the floor in laundry area. It didn't caused a good impression.

Good, comfortable to stay, good break fast, lovely people. Especially one lady she will come and clean the room. She is very polite and do her work perfectly. No complaints about the hotel.

I was here on a work related visit during June of 2020 at the peak of lockdowns. The motel is nice and clean with friendly staff, situated in the block of the Plaza Del Sol shopping mall within easy walking distance to all types of shopping & grocery stores. Motel staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast menu was excellent and would cook many items on request such as omelets. Enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

Nice suite with living room and bedroom. King bed. Kitchenette. No USB plug ins though. Bring AC adapter! Situated in-between two very busy Blvds. Lots of ambulances and traffic noise, even up on the 7th floor!

Nice hotel, good clean rooms, beds are Queen size or Double beds.

Awesome accomodation facilities, complimentary breakfast with variety of options. Pool is very good and kept clean. Polite maids. Cooking facilities inside room with cleaning done by hotel maids everyday. Great place for people who want to cook their own food. Nearby to supermarket makes it ideal place. Well connected to public transport facilities. Just not a 5 star because of slightly higher price. But if you are staying for longer durations they do negotiate the prices.
